[Senegal] Preliminary Statement by the Coalition of Civil Society Organisations for the Elections, following the presidential election on 24 March 2024.

The Collective of Civil Society Organisations for Elections (COSCE) has been operating a long-term Election Observation Mission (EOM) since March 2023, as well as a short-term mission to assess the electoral process. COSCE has had access to reliable and statistically representative data at national level on the conduct of the voting process.
